Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect clothing and accessories for their children.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Upsell and promote children’s clothing and accessories.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor to achieve team goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the clothing industry (an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for working with children and families.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and trends.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., cash register operation).
- Fluency in Arabic (preferred).
