Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch fleet drivers to deliver loads.
- Plan driver schedules and routes.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Communicate with warehouse, outlets, and drivers to ensure smooth flow of goods.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of logistics and operational goals.
- Perform other related fleet coordinator duties as required.
Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
- Inventory stock.
- Arrange transportation for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Work closely with the logistics team, production, and warehouse.
- Track and trace trucks, report delays and customs issues.
- Manage proof of delivery documents.
- Perform other duties as required by the Logistics Coordinator.
Receiver
Responsibilities:
- Follow all work and food safety rules and procedures.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and bills of lading.
- Inspect shipments for arrival condition of produce and packaging.
- Maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
- Transferrable Kuwaiti residency visa (mandatory).
- Age below 40 years.
