Production In-Charge Needed (Steel Fabrication Factory, Kuwait City)

A steel fabrication factory in Shuaiba, Kuwait City, is seeking a qualified Production In-Charge to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in the steel fabrication industry to lead and oversee production operations. (Note: While Indian candidates are preferred, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure production processes meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage production staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Identify and address production inefficiencies.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• May also be responsible for managing inventory and procurement of materials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in the steel fabrication industry.
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
