Building Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity (Kuwait City)

A Building Maintenance Company in Kuwait City is seeking a qualified Building Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of various buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily maintenance activities of a team of building maintenance technicians.
• Identify and diagnose building maintenance issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance work with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance supervision or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
