A travel agency in Abbasiya, Kuwait, is seeking experienced Airline Ticketing Staff to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking airline tickets, tours, and travel packages.
  • Provide knowledgeable and accurate information about destinations, travel regulations, and travel options.
  • Process airline ticket reservations and confirmations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Upsell travel insurance, upgrades, and other travel products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel documentation.
  • Stay informed about current travel trends and industry developments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry in Kuwait (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in airline ticketing and reservation systems.
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Transferable residency visa in Kuwait (mandatory).
