Creation Burgers, a renowned restaurant in Al Qurain, Kuwait, is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious pastries and desserts, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
Responsibilities:
- Bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes.
- Develop and implement new pastry menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure all pastries and desserts meet high-quality standards for presentation and taste.
- Participate in inventory control and ordering of baking supplies.
- May assist with training and development of other kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
- Excellent creativity and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious desserts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Excellent hygiene and sanitation practices.
