Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s e-commerce operations, including B2C and B2B sales.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in the smart home and automation industry.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the company website and various e-commerce platforms.
- Manage online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and influencer marketing.
- Oversee product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and warranty processes.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product category expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the online shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor website traffic and analyze data to optimize website performance and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with key partners to establish mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, promotional offers, and legal disclaimers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales and business development.
- Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and prevailing techniques.
- Extensive experience leading online sales and marketing initiatives.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets on e-commerce platforms.
- Expertise in the GCC region’s e-commerce landscape and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and data-driven approach.
