Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s e-commerce operations, including B2C and B2B sales.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in the smart home and automation industry.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the company website and various e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and influencer marketing.
  • Oversee product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and warranty processes.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product category expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the online shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor website traffic and analyze data to optimize website performance and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with key partners to establish mutually beneficial business relationships.
  • Maintain accurate product descriptions, promotional offers, and legal disclaimers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales and business development.
  • Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and prevailing techniques.
  • Extensive experience leading online sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets on e-commerce platforms.
  • Expertise in the GCC region’s e-commerce landscape and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and data-driven approach.
