Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze customer-initiated chargeback claims related to Visa and Mastercard transactions.
- Research and gather evidence to determine the validity of chargebacks.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in fraud or risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
