We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Card Reconciliation Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of bank card transactions.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile credit card, debit card, and KNET (Kuwaiti online payment network) transactions.
- Analyze bank statements and identify discrepancies.
- Research and resolve transaction errors.
- Maintain accurate records of all card reconciliation activities.
- Utilize bank card systems like PowerCard Switch, CMS, and the KNET portal for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Prepare reports and presentations on card reconciliation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar card reconciliation role within the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with bank card systems and online payment networks (PowerCard Switch, CMS, KNET).
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
