The Gulf Candle Company is urgently seeking qualified Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument Technicians to join their team in Mina Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. This is a great opportunity for skilled technicians looking for a stable position with a competitive salary.
Open Positions
- Mechanical Technician (6 positions): Performs maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment used in the candle manufacturing process.
- Electrical Technician (6 positions): Maintains and repairs electrical systems and equipment within the factory.
- Instrument Technician (6 positions): Installs, calibrates, and maintains instruments used for process control and monitoring.
Responsibilities (may vary by specific role)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks according to established procedures.
- Ensure the smooth operation and safety of assigned equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- May participate in preventive maintenance programs.
- May assist with installation of new equipment (depending on the role).
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical principles (depending on the role).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
