Responsibilities
- Cashier Duties:
- Process customer payments efficiently using cash, checks, credit cards, and other methods.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and charges accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash drawer.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
- Accounting Duties:
- Record financial transactions accurately through journal entries.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and reconciliation.
- Track inventory control and report to the manager.
- Maintain balance sheets and reconcile daily transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
