A manufacturing company located in the Shuaiba Industrial Area of Ahmadi, Kuwait, is seeking two qualified individuals to join their team:
- Sales Coordinator (Male with Valid Driving License): Assist with the sales department’s activities.
- Admin Assistant: Provide administrative support to the company.
Job Details
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Location: Shuaiba Industrial Area, Ahmadi, Kuwait.
Responsibilities (Admin Assistant)
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Create and maintain documents such as letters, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and organize filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Arabic reading and writing skills are preferred.
Qualifications (Admin Assistant)
- 2-3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Transferable residency visa under Article 18 is mandatory.
