Manufacturing Company in Ahmadi Seeking Admin Assistant & Sales Coordinator (Transferable Visa Required)

A manufacturing company located in the Shuaiba Industrial Area of Ahmadi, Kuwait, is seeking two qualified individuals to join their team:

  • Sales Coordinator (Male with Valid Driving License): Assist with the sales department’s activities.
  • Admin Assistant: Provide administrative support to the company.

Job Details

  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Location: Shuaiba Industrial Area, Ahmadi, Kuwait.

Responsibilities (Admin Assistant)

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Create and maintain documents such as letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and organize filing systems (electronic and physical).
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Arabic reading and writing skills are preferred.

Qualifications (Admin Assistant)

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Transferable residency visa under Article 18 is mandatory.
