Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws.
- Manage employee payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide training and development opportunities for employees.
- Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid transferable Visa 18 in Kuwait.
