Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage the CEO’s appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
- Marketing Support: Provide assistance with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure smooth communication.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle emails, calls, and document preparation with professionalism.
- Personal Assistance: Provide support with personal tasks as needed.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and stay with the CEO when required.
- Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and discretion.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
