- Reputation: Excellent reputation and positive relationships within the Ministry.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic Language: Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
- Driver’s License: Must have a valid Kuwaiti driver’s license and a car.
