Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Process employee onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and databases.

- Address employee relations issues and concerns (as directed by HR Manager).
- Stay up-to-date on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Arabic is desirable (but not mandatory).
