Cost Controller
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
- Develop and maintain costing models for menu items and ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to optimize costs.
- Prepare cost reports and variance analyses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of costing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
Salary: 400KD – 450KD
Junior Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support the Cost Controller with data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Salary: 300KD – 350KD
