- Valid Kuwaiti Driver’s License: A valid Kuwaiti driver’s license is required.
- Visa: Must have a valid Kuwaiti visa (1.20 to 18, Kadhim to Shoon; 18 to 18, Ahli to Ahli; 18 to 18, Mubarak Al Kabeer to Mubarak Al Kabeer).
- Own Vehicle: Having your own car is preferred but not mandatory.
