We are currently hiring for two exciting positions:

• Property Marketing Executive:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Create compelling property listings and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and identify target audiences.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for property showings.
  • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends.
• Property Administrator / Receptionist:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Manage property listings and databases.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications (for both positions):

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude, with a focus on achieving results.
• Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
