A leading company in Kuwait is seeking a highly qualified IT Auditor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to play a vital role in protecting the company’s IT systems and data.
Responsibilities
- Conduct IT audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify security vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate compliance with relevant IT policies, standards, and regulations.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to address security risks.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear and concise findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) is a strong plus.
- Experience with ISO 20000, ISO 27001, or ISO 22300 standards and auditing practices (e.g., IRCA or PECB certifications).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, or information security.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, while also collaborating with a team.
