A leading company in Kuwait is seeking a qualified BMS Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in optimizing building operations and ensuring occupant comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Commission and configure control panels and BMS systems.
- Develop and implement logic programs and strategies to automate building functions.
- Work with various HVAC equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHU), Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, Fan Coil Units (FCU), pumps, and chillers.
- Integrate BMS systems with third-party equipment using protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP.
- Provide reactive support for troubleshooting BMS issues.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and the office for updates, consultations, and safe work practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BMS testing and commissioning.
- Extensive knowledge of either Trend or Sauter Systems with Niagara experience preferred.
- Ability to participate in new system design, product selection, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive approach.
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic language skills are a benefit.
- Transferable Residency Visa 18 required.
