Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and plan interior spaces.
- Present new design ideas through drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations.
- Meet with clients, discuss their requirements, and provide technical advice on space planning and product selection.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate flooring, sanitary ware, and other interior finishes.
- Calculate material quantities and create detailed layouts and plans.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Conduct site surveys and measure interior dimensions when necessary.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members throughout the design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field (Diploma may be considered with extensive experience).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in interior design software (e.g., 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite).
- Experience with specialized design programs for bathrooms and kitchens (e.g., Domus 3d, Winner, Visoft) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and internet navigation.
