- BMS Operator

- Heavy Driver

Responsibilities (may vary by position):
- Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Ensure proper operation of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for HVAC equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure safety compliance on job sites.
- Operate heavy or light vehicles for transporting equipment and materials (driver positions).
Qualifications (all positions):
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) industry (required).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and principles.
- Excellent technical skills and ability to work with tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license (for driver positions).
