Procurement Officer – Food & Beverage Industry (Kuwait)

A leading company in the food and beverage industry in Kuwait is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Officer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong understanding of procurement principles and a passion for the F&B sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Manage procurement processes from sourcing to contract execution.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Track and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of micro and material management within the F&B sector.
• Knowledge of macro and microeconomics as applied to the F&B industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Arabic nationality (mandatory).
• Valid transferable residency visa (Article 18 Ahli) in Kuwait (mandatory).
