Responsibilities:
- Tender Management: You will be responsible for the entire tender process, from identifying new project opportunities to submitting winning bids. This includes researching tenders, preparing all necessary documents, and following up on progress.
- Pre-Qualification: You will ensure that potential partners and subcontractors meet all project requirements by evaluating and pre-qualifying them according to established criteria.
- Business Development: You will actively participate in growing the company’s business. This includes attending industry events, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to win new projects.
- CRM Management: You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all interactions with clients and partners are documented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
- Minimum of a few years of experience in tender management, pre-qualification processes, and business development, ideally within the Kuwaiti market.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
