Job Summary:
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s growth and success by providing strategic guidance on all people-related matters. You will collaborate closely with the Country Manager and senior management to ensure HR practices are aligned with the organization’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Country Manager to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and separation.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage employee benefits programs.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing (initial control).
- Prepare monthly HR reports.
- Lead HR projects in collaboration with the Corporate HR Team.
- Maintain employee records in the company’s HRMS system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role within Kuwait.
- Strong understanding of Kuwaiti employment law and local HR regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of international best practices in HR.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and translate HR strategies into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
