Job Introduction:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team and delivering compassionate care to patients across various departments. You will utilize your expertise to provide critical care, assist doctors in procedures, and ensure patient safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various departments, including (discuss during interview):
- Operating Room (OT) Endoscopy
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Unit (CCU)
- Inpatient Department (IPD) – Medical/Surgical
- In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
- Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN)
- Emergency Department (ED)
- Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications.
- Assist physicians during surgeries and procedures.
- Educate and counsel patients and families.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure patient safety and a sterile environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ministry of Health (MOH) License in Kuwait (mandatory).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Prior experience in the mentioned specialty areas (OT Endoscopy, ICU/CCU, IPD, etc.) is highly preferred (details to be discussed during interview).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
