Job Introduction:

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records (discuss during interview).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and professionalism (essential).
  • Valid Kuwaiti residence visa (Article 18) with transferability (mandatory).
  • Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
