Job Introduction:
We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
- Physiotherapists (Male and Female): Provide therapeutic treatment plans and rehabilitation programs to patients with musculoskeletal or neurological conditions.
- Nurses (General and Assistant Nurses): Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
Responsibilities (may vary by position):
- Physiotherapist:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize various physiotherapy techniques to improve patients’ mobility, function, and pain management.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and self-care strategies (discuss during interview).
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Nurse:
- Assess patients’ needs and conditions.
- Administer medication and treatments according to doctor’s orders.
- Monitor vital signs and record patient data.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Provide emotional support and patient education.
- Ensure patient safety and aseptic techniques.
Qualifications (may vary by position):
- Physiotherapist:
- University degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Kuwait (or applicable license for remote positions).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Nurse:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing.
- Valid license to practice nursing in Kuwait (or applicable license for remote positions).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
