Job Introduction:
As a BSC Nurse at our esteemed hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients across various departments. You will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in specialized units (discuss during interview). This may include:
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Coronary Care Unit (CCU)
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGY)
- Operating Theatre/Endoscopy (OT/Endoscopy)
- Pediatrics
- Medical & Surgical Wards
- Assess patients’ needs and conditions.
- Administer medication and treatments according to doctor’s orders.
- Monitor vital signs and record patient data.
- Assist with patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Provide emotional support and patient education.
- Ensure patient safety and aseptic techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSC) degree.
- Valid nursing license from your home country and eligibility for registration in Kuwait.
- Minimum 4 years of continuous experience in a reputable hospital in your home country within the following departments (experience in specific departments will be discussed during interview):
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Coronary Care Unit (CCU)
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGY)
- Operating Theatre/Endoscopy (OT/Endoscopy)
- Pediatrics
- Medical & Surgical Wards
- Age between 25 and 35 years old (preferred).
- Must have good communication skills in English.
