Job Introduction:
As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in the entire design process, from conceptualizing ideas to presenting them to clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and transform their vision into reality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential projects.
- Meet with clients, discuss their requirements in detail, and provide expert advice on space planning, material selection, and product choices.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
- Conduct site surveys and measure spaces to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Assist the sales team by recommending suitable products and ensuring availability within budget constraints.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless project workflow.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Diploma in Interior Design (preferred).
- Certification in AutoCAD and 3ds Max software programs (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using professional design programs such as Domus 3d, Winner, and Visoft (a plus).
