Job Introduction:

As a Purchases Representative for Coffee Machines & Spare Parts, you will be responsible for the entire purchasing process, from identifying suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate records. Your knowledge of the coffee industry and experience in procurement will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify potential suppliers of coffee machines and spare parts in the local and international market.
  • Research and compare product features, pricing, and lead times.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate specifications, quantities, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases to maintain stock availability.
  • Oversee the import process for international purchases (if applicable).
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure clear communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments related to coffee machines and spare parts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing products from local and international markets.

  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
