Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding (Kuwait City)

A leading freight forwarding company in Kuwait City is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers within the designated territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their specific freight forwarding needs.
  • Prepare and present competitive quotes and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Secure new contracts and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of shipments.
  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in industry events and network to expand the company’s reach.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry (discuss during interview for freshers).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. Fluency in Hindi is a strong advantage.
  • A valid transferable residency visa in Kuwait is required.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
