A leading freight forwarding company in Kuwait City is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their specific freight forwarding needs.
- Prepare and present competitive quotes and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Secure new contracts and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of shipments.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in industry events and network to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry (discuss during interview for freshers).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. Fluency in Hindi is a strong advantage.
- A valid transferable residency visa in Kuwait is required.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
