1. Laborers

Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, such as material handling, cleaning, and site preparation (discuss specific duties during interview).
- Perform manual labor tasks safely and efficiently, following instructions from supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Contribute to a positive and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Good physical health and stamina.
- Previous construction experience is a plus (discuss during interview).
2. Steel Fixer
Job Introduction:
Ensure the precise placement of steel reinforcement bars for concrete structures as a Steel Fixer!
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Cut, bend, and position steel rebar according to blueprints.
- Tie steel rebar securely using binding wire.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work safely and adhere to all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Steel Fixer or relevant construction trade.
- Strong understanding of steel rebar types and applications.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Proficient in using steel fabrication tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
3. Mason
Job Introduction:
Help us build strong and lasting structures with your skills as a Mason!
Responsibilities:
- Lay and assemble bricks, concrete blocks, and stones to construct walls, foundations, and other structures.
- Mix and apply mortar to bind building materials.
- Cut and shape stones or blocks to fit specific requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work safely and follow all safety regulations on the construction site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Mason or related trade.
- Knowledge of different masonry techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Proficient in using masonry tools.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
