Al Ameeri, a leading company in Kuwait, is seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join their growing team! In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships, ensuring vehicle and boat satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their service needs and concerns.
- Conduct service consultations, including inspections, to accurately diagnose issues and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance plans.
- Prepare service estimates and explain repair options clearly to customers, obtaining their approval before proceeding.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Process customer payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a service advisor role within the automotive or marine industry (discuss experience during interview).
- Strong knowledge of automotive and/or marine mechanics (depending on area of expertise).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in explaining technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer software related to service management (discuss during interview).
