Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of industrial machinery efficiently and safely (discuss specific machines during interview).
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain assigned equipment according to established procedures.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of production output.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential problems (discuss troubleshooting skills during interview).
- Perform basic maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal condition.

Qualifications
- Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or Diploma in a relevant technical field (discuss specific qualifications during interview).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating industrial machinery in a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting and carrying heavy objects.
