Altebah is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Telecom Engineer Fresher to join our team in Sharq, Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will contribute to the design, installation, and maintenance of our telecommunications infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with the installation, configuration, and testing of telecommunications equipment (discuss specific equipment during interview).
- Learn and understand telecommunications network principles and protocols.
- Participate in site surveys and data collection to support network planning and optimization (discuss specific tasks during interview).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to network maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network installations and configurations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- (Optional) May assist with customer support for technical inquiries (discuss during interview).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (discuss specific degree requirements during interview).
- No prior experience required, but a strong interest in telecommunications is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting and carrying equipment.
- Valid Local Article 18 Visa (Kuwait) with immediate availability.
