Responsibilities (This will be discussed in more detail during the interview)
- Participate in contracting activities, including bid preparation, negotiation, and award.
- Manage the prequalification process and procedures for bidders, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Evaluate and reassess the qualifications and capabilities of potential partners.
- Assist with project planning and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain efficient project reporting systems.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and ensure smooth communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum experience required will vary depending on the position (details below):
- Specialist: 16 years
- Senior Engineer: 14 years
- Engineer I: 10 years
- Engineer II: 8 years
- Engineer III: 5 years
- Analyst: 4 years
- Proven track record in contracting activities.
- In-depth knowledge of prequalification processes and procedures.
- Experience in evaluating and reassessing bidders, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with project planning methodologies.
- Experience with project reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must hold a valid 18# Transferable Visa.
