Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of building maintenance technicians.
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance plans to ensure the smooth operation of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) [MEP experience a plus].
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Coordinate repairs and service calls with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service requests.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets (discuss during interview).
- Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with staff, residents, and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in building, apartment, or tower daily maintenance activities.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong understanding of building maintenance principles and practices.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
