The INTERNATIONAL GROUP OF AAMINA is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our growing call center team in Bnied Al Gar, Kuwait. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. If you have a passion for communication, at least 2-3 years of call center experience, and fluency in Arabic, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities (This will be discussed in more detail during the interview)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell company products and services (discuss during interview).
- Follow established call scripts and procedures.
- Maintain accurate call records and reports.
Qualifications
- Arab nationality (fluency in Arabic is essential).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and CRM software (discuss during interview).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
