A leading engineering company in Kuwait is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Officer (ELV/IT) to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth within the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and IT sectors.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and prospects for ELV and IT products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, working effectively with internal teams.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base and market share.
- Identify new market opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Contribute to the development and successful launch of new products and services (discuss during interview).
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of demonstrably successful sales experience in the ELV and/or IT sector within the Kuwaiti market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong understanding of the ELV and IT industries and current market trends.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
