Head Florist (Pinoy) Needed in Surra, Kuwait

A company in Surra, Kuwait is seeking a talented and experienced Head Florist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the floral department, ensuring the creation of beautiful and high-quality floral arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and arrange stunning floral bouquets, arrangements, and centerpieces for various occasions (weddings, funerals, birthdays, etc.).
• Oversee and train a team of florists, ensuring they meet quality standards and work efficiently.
• Manage floral inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing flowers and supplies.
• Create and implement floral display designs for the shop.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements.
• Manage the floral budget and ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a professional florist.
• Strong floral design skills and knowledge of various floral techniques.
• Ability to create stunning arrangements for different occasions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and management experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of floral care and maintenance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
