Responsibilities (General)
- Perform various tasks related to rigging, fitting, and mechanical maintenance.
- Work safely and efficiently to ensure project completion.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Specific Responsibilities (may vary based on position)
- Rigger:
- Assemble, dismantle, and move heavy equipment and machinery using rigging techniques.
- Ensure safe and efficient lifting and transportation of materials.
- Inspect rigging equipment for safety and proper functioning.
- Rigger Supervisor:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of rigging teams.
- Develop and implement safe work procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Fitter:
- Assemble, install, and repair mechanical components and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use various hand and power tools to perform tasks.
- Mechanical Fitter:
- Specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and machinery.
- Have a strong understanding of mechanical principles and equipment.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in rigging, fitting, or mechanical maintenance (specific experience requirements vary based on position).
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry standards.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid Kuwaiti residency visa (18 no visa).
- Willingness to work 8 hours per day, 26 days per month.
