Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads within the fleet market, including logistics firms, delivery services, construction companies, and transportation providers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in auto parts or car garage sales within Kuwait.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and verbal Arabic and English.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, sales automation tools, and data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of the auto parts market and the requirements of fleet-based businesses.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
