Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Target Market Concrete segment.
  • Conduct market research and identify new market opportunities for Isomat products.
  • Achieve annual sales targets for your assigned territory and contribute to the team’s overall sales goals.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, sales contracts, and other customer-related documents.
  • Analyze competitor activity and report on market trends.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Provide technical advice to customers, demonstrating and presenting Isomat’s product offerings.
  • Participate in project identification and follow-up on assigned projects.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company business information and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of building chemicals, mortars, and paint products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic fluency a plus).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
