A company in Shuwaikh, Kuwait is seeking a talented and motivated Field Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and increasing sales within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to promote the company’s products or services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license and own car (mandatory).
- Fluency in Arabic (essential) and English (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valid Kuwaiti residency visa (Article 18).
