Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired destinations.
- Research and recommend flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements based on client needs.
- Prepare travel itineraries and booking confirmations.
- Process travel documentation, including visas and travel insurance (if applicable).
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, leveraging your travel expertise.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or related sales role within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, travel products (flights, hotels, tours, etc.), and travel insurance (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using travel reservation systems (GDS) and travel agency software (a plus).
- Excellent computer literacy and internet research skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (highly desirable).
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm for travel, and a genuine passion for exceeding client expectations.
