- Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to assigned staff.
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain documents, presentations, and reports.
- Answer phones and emails professionally.
- Perform other relevant administrative tasks.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a secretary.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office, Windows, email, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be based in Kuwait.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial).
- Minimum 10 years of working experience.
- Must be registered with the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).
