Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new customers within the construction industry, including contractors, consultants, and designers.
  • Prospect for new leads and qualify them as sales opportunities.
  • Make cold calls and schedule appointments with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate aluminum products and solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals.
  • Manage and track sales opportunities through the sales cycle (discuss during interview).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Representative in Kuwait, preferably within the construction or aluminum industry.
  • Strong market research, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the aluminum industry and its products.
  • Established network of contacts with contractors, consultants, and designers in Kuwait.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills to secure sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
  • Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license with a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
