Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (discuss during interview).
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Utilize computer software such as Excel, Outlook email, and Word to manage data and communication (discuss during interview).
- May involve upselling products or services (discuss during interview).
Qualifications
- Male candidate only.
- Nationality: India, Sri Lanka, or Bangladesh.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Arabic is a plus.
- Transferable residency visa (Visa 18) is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook email, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
